The One You offers a variety of training services for the individual, family and/or group. The emphasis will vary depending on the goals that the individual has set for themselves. Making the trainer fully aware of any injuries, surgeries and goals will help The One You prepare you to overcome the inevitable obstacles that will arise.
Personal Training services are effective and take a complete approach to designing individual exercise and nutritional programs for adults, seniors, students, and people with health conditions.

The equipment used in training consists of varied tension weight bands, self-defense movements, stability balls, light weights, balance rounds, bag room sessions, sandbags, tires and more. All of these together along with other facility services such as, Ashtanga Yoga, Mixed-Martial Arts classes(MMA), and more..
All this training together in one center, where all aspects of the mind, body and spirit can come together letting the individual accomplish things that they have previously thought were impossible.
